3. Actions Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Walsall Pride – Magazine for Special One will:

  • Review the complaint to ensure it meets legal requirements.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the contributor, writer, or user who posted the material of the takedown.
  • Provide the alleged infringer with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

We may also terminate the access of repeat infringers or contributors who repeatedly submit copyrighted material without authorization.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent including:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings to prevent restoration.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers.
Users, writers, or contributors who repeatedly upload or submit infringing materials may have their accounts or contributions permanently removed from Walsall Pride – Magazine for Special One without prior notice.
